We offer training by Master Instructors in all techniques of Taekwondo. However, Taekwondo is not just about physical development; it’s also a journey of personal growth.

At Central Park Taekwondo, our students are taught to follow the five tenets of Taekwondo and to apply their experiences towards a life of integrity, virtue and honor.

Pea Pods, Pee Wees & Children

Young students get a chance to hone basic physical skills, be part of a dynamic group and learn discipline in a fun, safe setting.

Teens & Adults

Grappling, Sparring, Forms

Older children and adults train together in all areas of Taekwondo. Students develop physical strength, agility and mental focus, while learning the five tenets of Taekwondo.

Beyond Taekwondo

In the spirit of fitness training, we also offer classes for non-martial-artists. Our fitness classes are open to everyone, so explore them all for a true journey of self-discovery.
